Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING DISCLAIMER: Events and workshops are final sale. No cancellations or refunds are available for these bookings with the exception of the Capacity Disclaimer guidelines. If paying by e-transfer, payment must be received at least 4 days prior to your appointment. If payment is not received by this time, your appointment will be cancelled. Due to previous no-shows, in-person cash payments are no longer accepted. Refunds/credit are not permitted; however, you can transfer your registration spot to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please inform us if this is the case.  CAPACITY DISCLAIMER: All events and group workshops require tickets & seating to be at 50% capacity or better to run. If an event or workshop does not meet this requirement the event will cancel and any payments made toward the event with be refunded back to the original payment method. CONNECTION DISCLAIMER: Please understand that while Sarah-Rose and any guest Psychic-Mediums will create the environment for connection, they cannot control who comes through in a reading—that is entirely guided by spirit and the divine universe. They cannot guarantee all attendees will receive message. What they can offer is the intention and hope that you/your guests receive exactly what and who you need in that moment to support your healing and path forward.
