No cancellations or refunds are available for these bookings with the exception of the Capacity Disclaimer guidelines. If paying by e-transfer, payment must be received at least 4 days prior to your appointment. If payment is not received by this time, your appointment will be cancelled. Due to previous no-shows, in-person cash payments are no longer accepted. Refunds/credit are not permitted; however, you can transfer your registration spot to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please inform us if this is the case.
