My workshops and classes guide you in developing and trusting your natural connection to Spirit. All workshops and classes are offered either in group or one on one.  Through hands-on practice, mentorship, and shared experiences, you’ll learn to recognize spiritual energy, deliver messages with confidence and compassion, and deepen your intuitive awareness—all within a SAFE, supportive, judgment-free space for growth and discovery.

Certificate of Completion, Physical or Electronic Workbooks are provided.
Any private led or semi private workshop online or in person is $300 each/including HST.

One on One Learning is a personalized journey designed to help you transform and deepen your intuition, strengthen your clarity and energetic awareness, and connect more fully with your authentic spiritual path. Each session is a private appointment available ONLINE or IN PERSON with Sarah-Rose that is tailored to your unique needs—whether you’re developing your clairs, learning to interpret signs and symbols, expanding your psychic abilities, connecting with Spirit both human and animal, healing old patterns, or stepping into a more empowered version of yourself. These sessions provide you with a one on one learning experience for those who seek a more personal private earning experience. Through guided meditation, practices, intuitive mentorship, and supportive exploration, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and tools that help you grow spiritually with intention and trust. This is your dedicated space to expand, heal, deepen your connection to Spirit, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.
